SEND EMAIL LIMIT

 

The emails are limited to 1000 per hour but if you batch around 850 mails in an hour, most probably there will be temporary time outs for over one hundred emails. ( Due to your recipients no longer using that email or their mailbox being full etc) 

 

These bouncing back emails are then re queued in the next hour, and once the next hour batch arrives it takes the overall quota over 1000 and causes an email quota exceeded error.

 

You need to configure the client (Your Mailing List admin) to batch emails into smaller batches, and distance them in time so that the rejected/ bounced back emails added in the queue still do not exceed one thousand emails per hour.
